针对现阶段选煤厂压滤机在自动化控制方面存在的问题,采用工业以太网将压滤机电控系统与压滤车间内的交换机相连接,实现压滤机与上下游设备间的数据传输,同时监控中心可以实现对压滤机运行状态的监控,提升了压滤车间的自动化水平,降低了工人人员劳动强度,对选煤厂效益提升具有一定的推动作用.

Aiming at the problems existing in the automatic control offilter press in coal preparation plant at the present stage.In view of the problems existing in the automatic control of the filter press in the coal preparation plant at the present stage,industrial Ethernet is adopted to connect the electric control system of the filter press with the exchanger in the filter press workshop,so as to realize the data transmission between the filter press and the upstream and downstream equipment.At the same time,the monitoring center can realize the monitoring of the operation state of the filter press,improve the automation level of the filter press workshop and reduce the labor intensity of workers and staff,which has a certain promotion effect on the benefit improvement of the coal preparation plant.
