摘要
磨煤系统在实际运行过程中的作用就是将对原煤进行干燥,并且进气磨制成质量能够达到要求标准的煤粉.磨煤系统是壳牌加压煤粉化工艺中不可或缺的一项构成部分,其对于整个生产工作的顺利开展来说意义重大,同时,在对粉煤进行运输,以及完成相应的存储过程中,应当通过合理的方式,适当加入低压氮气,通过对加入的氮气进行应用,完成相应的保护.如果,系统运行期间出现了异常情况,工作人员应依据具体情况,及时向系统中补入氮气,保证系统运行期间不会出现安全问题.
The role of the coal grinding system in the actual operation process is to dry the raw coal,and make the quality of the obtained pulverized coal can meet the required standards through the air inlet grinding process.Coal grinding system is an indispensable component of Shell's pressurized pulverized coal process,which is of great significance to the smooth development of the whole production work. At the same time,in the process of transportation and storage of pulverized coal low-pressure nitrogen should be properly added in a reasonable way,and the corresponding protection will completed by applying the added nitrogen.If abnormal conditions occur during the operation of the system,the staff should timely add nitrogen to the system according to the specific conditions to ensure that there will be no safety problems during the operation of the system.
