浅谈天然气水平井钻井工程设计关键技术的应用与发展 被引量:2

摘要 天然气水平井钻井实施存在地层胶结程度差、异常松散、井壁稳定性差等情况,钻井过程实施中易发生缩径、井漏、井涌、甚至井喷等事故,而同时,由于钻井液密度控制难度大,钻井周期长等困难,严重制约着钻井工作的顺利进行.针对这一情况,本文对天然气水平井钻井工程设计关键技术的应用进行了讨论及分析,指出了设计难点及施工控制措施,可为钻井工程质量保证及确保井控安全工作提供保障. There are some problems in drilling horizontal natural gas wells,such as poor formation cementation,abnormal looseness,poor wellbore stability and so on.Accidents such as shrinkage,lost circulation,well kick and even blowout are easy to occur in drilling process.At the same time,the difficulty of controlling drilling fluid density and long drilling cycle seriously restrict the smooth operation of drilling work.In view of this situation,this paper discusses and analyses the application of key technologies in drilling engineering design ofnatural gas horizontal wells,points out design difficulties and construction control measures,which can provide guarantee for quality assurance of drilling engineering and well control safety.
