机械工业工艺危险废物的来源和处置技术研究

Study on the Source and Disposal Technology of Process Hazardous Waste in Machinery Industry

工业生产过程中会产生大量的废弃物,很多都危险性极高,除了常见的易燃易爆和有毒之外,还有的易发生化学反应,对环境和人体造成腐蚀和放射伤害等.本文通过对机械工业行业中,各生产线及工艺流程中产生危险废物的渠道进行分析,并探讨其常规处置措施和方案,从而为业内加工企业在进行管理危险废物提供参考和借鉴.

In the industrial production process,a large number of wastes will be produced,many of which are extremely dangerous.In addition to the common flammable,explosive and toxic wastes,there are also chemical reactions that cause corrosion and radiation damage to the environment and human body.In this paper,through the analysis of channels for hazardous waste generation in various production lines and process in the machinery industry,discusses the conventional disposal measures and schemes,so as to provide reference for the management of hazardous wastes of the industry processing enterprise.
