油酸丙二醇酯抗磨剂的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用正交试验对酯化反应条件进行了考察,在浓硫酸添加量为油酸质量的0.45%时,确定最佳工艺合成条件为酸醇摩尔比为1:1.2、反应温度为130℃、反应时间为4h,能达到最高转化率为92.5%,并且测定油酸丙二醇酯抗磨性和复配抗磨剂对柴油润滑性的影响.结果表明AI-02润滑效果要优于SH-03和HB-01.当抗磨剂的添加量为100~250μg/g时,可使刚球磨斑直径从520μm降至351μm. The conditions of esterification reaction were investigated by orthogonal test.When the additive amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 0.45% of oleic acid,the optimum synthetic conditions were determined as follows: molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1:1.2,reaction temperature was 130℃,reaction time was 4h, and the highest conversion was 92.5%.And the effects of abrasion resistance property of propylene glycol oleate and compound abrasion resistance agent on lubricity of diesel oil were also determined.The results show that the lubrication effect of AI-02 is better than that of SH-03 and HB-01.When the amount of abrasion resistance agent is 100-250 ug/g,the diameter of rigid ball wear spot can be reduced from 520μm to 351μm.
