摘要
自二十世纪八九十年代以来,材料的导热性能越来越为产品研发人员所看重,尤其对于航空航天、汽车制造和电子电器等领域,优异的散热性能更是必不可少.根据导热材料成分的不同,可以将其分为三类导热材料,分别是聚合物基、金属基和陶瓷导热材料.本文详细概述了上述三类材料的最新研究进展,总结其优势和不足之处,并提出展望以期使高导热材料能够得到快速发展并广泛应用.
Since the 1980s and 1990s,the thermal conductivity of materials has been paid more and more attention by product developers. Especially in aerospace,automobile manufacturing and electronic and electrical fields,excellent heat dissipation performance is indispensable. According to the different composition of thermal conductive materials,they can be divided into three types of thermal conductive materials,namely polymer-based,metal-based and ceramic-based thermal conductive materials.This paper summarized the latest research progress of the above three kinds of materials in detail,summarized their advantages and disadvantages,and put forward some prospects,aiming to enable high thermal conductivity materials to develop rapidly and be widely used.
