苏州区域内高职院校校企合作模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of School-Enterprise Cooperation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges in Suzhou Area

“产教融合,校企合作”是当前职业教育发展的主要方向之一,更是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。分析苏州区域内校企合作的模式,探讨高职院校在校企合作中存在的共性问题,并针对性地提出解决共性问题的建议,为高职院校在今后开展校企合作的探索与实践提供借鉴。

“Integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation” is one of the main directions of the development of vocational education, and it is an important way to train high-quality technical skills. This paper analyzes the model of school-enterprise cooperation in Suzhou area. After that, common problems in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges are pointed out and suggestions for solving common problems are proposed in a targeted manner, which will provide reference for the exploration and practice of school-enterprise cooperation.
