摘要 大学生社团是高校大学生依据兴趣自愿组成的学生组织,对于学生的成长起到了不可或缺的作用,但是社团天生有其随意性、随机性和无序性,使得高校社团有趋于任务化、形式化和零散化的趋势。苏州工业园区职业技术学院结合多元智力理论,创新社团平台化建设,打造“七大社团”平台,分类管理、分别指导,取得了一定成效。 College student communities are the student organizations that college students voluntarily form according to their interests. They play an indispensable role in the growth of students. However, the communities have inherently characteristics such as arbitrariness, randomness and disorder, which makes College student communities emerge the trend of tasks, formalization and fragmentation. According to multiple intelligence theory, Suzhou Industrial Park Institute of Vocational Technology innovates the community platform construction and creates a “seven big” community platform so that these communities can be classified, managed and individually supervised, with good results achieved consequently.
