CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+对胃癌患者病情发生发展影响研究

Study on the effect of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ on the occurrence and development of gastric cancer patients

目的探讨CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+对胃癌患者病情发生发展的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2018年10月于遂宁市中心医院接受治疗的胃癌患者213例为胃癌组,检测治疗前后患者血液中CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+的变化情况,并观察术后感染情况;同时选取健康志愿者98例作为健康对照组。结果治疗前,胃癌组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+表达水平明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组治疗后出现感染患者CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+水平明显低于未感染者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+表达水平在胃癌病情的发生发展中起重要作用,监测其水平变化对胃癌患者的病情演变及预后具有十分重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the effects of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ on the development of gastric cancer patients. Methods A total of 213 patients with gastric cancer who underwent treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in the gastric cancer group. The changes of blood CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were measured before and after treatment. 98 healthy volunteers were selected as the method control group. Results The levels of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the gastric cancer group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The expression of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the gastric cancer group increased significantly after treatment (P < 0.05). The levels of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in infected patients after gastric cancer treatment were significantly lower than those in uninfected group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The expression levels of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. Monitoring the changes of CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels is of great significance for the progression and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
