日本养老体系对无锡市养老服务体系建设的启示

The Enlightenment of Japanese Pension System on the Construction of Wuxi City’s Aged Care Service System

针对人口老龄化日趋严重、养老服务需求快速增长的趋势,阐述了无锡市养老服务体系的发展状况,分析了无锡市养老服务行业存在的主要问题。借鉴日本养老服务模式的成功经验,从政策保障以及提高规范化、专业化、多元化养老服务水平方面,提出了推进无锡市养老服务体系发展的意见和建议。

In response to the increasingly serious population aging and the rapid growth of the demand for aged care services, the development status of Wuxi s old-age care service system was expounded. This paper analyzes the main problems of old-age service industry in Wuxi. By drawing on the successful experiences of Japanese pension service model from the perspective of policy support, standardization and specialization improvement as well as diversified pension service level, the opinions and suggestions for promoting the development of Wuxi old-age care service system were put forward.
