摘要
行政性重复建设长期存在于中国经济发展过程中,它在造成资源浪费的同时,影响经济发展速度。从人本视角出发,分析行政性重复建设的形成机理,提出人本审计的治理措施,以利于在当前情况下缓解与治理行政性重复建设。
The administrative repetitive construction has been in the whole process of China s economic development for a long time, and which causes the waste of resources and hinders the speed of economic development. From the perspective of humanism, the formation mechanism of administrative repetitive construction is analyzed, and the governance measures of people-oriented auditing is put forward in this article, which is conducive to the mitigation and governance of administrative repetitive construction under the premise.
