摘要 当前高职院校教师绩效考核存在一系列问题:在考核理念上盲目追随企业绩效考核理念,极度追求数字达标;在指标权重上沿袭普通本科高校,追求科研至上,各指标权重失衡导致考核低效;在考核标准上漠视与忽略人的差异性,采用统一标准,造成事实上的不公平,尤其给青年教师带来极大压力。据此,提出了一些改善路径,试图使绩效考核既能对教师产生倒逼效应,又能对教师产生内在激励,从而有效促进其专业发展。 Because of the lag of theoretical research, there are still a series of problems in the performance appraisal of teachers in higher vocational colleges. They are attached to the appraisal of employees by enterprises blindly and pursue the digital standard extremely;they inherit the performance appraisal of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities on the weight of indicators, pursue scientific research first, and the unbalanced weight of indicators leads to inefficient appraisal;and they ignore the appraisal standards. With the neglect of human differences and the adoption of unified standards, it has caused de facto inequity, especially great pressure on young teachers. Accordingly, the article puts forward some good ways, trying to make performance appraisal not only maintain the pressure on teachers performance, but also maintain the internal incentives for teachers, and promote their professional development.
