摘要
高校宾馆是我国酒店市场的重要组成部分。从地理位置与环境、宾馆设施与服务、客源、管理体制四个方面分析高校宾馆与社会宾馆的差异,充分了解高校宾馆的优势和劣势,进而制定保住优势、扩大影响力、改革管理体制三个发展策略,以使高校宾馆适应时代发展,更好地服务于师生、服务于社会。
University hotels are an important part of the hotel market in China. From the four aspects of geographical location and environment, hotel facilities and services, customer source and management system, the differences between university hotels and social hotels are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of university hotels are fully understood. In order to adapt university hotels to the development of the times, to better serve teachers and students and serve the society, we have formulated three development strategies: preserving advantages, expanding influence,and reforming management systems.
