摘要
纯电动汽车具有节能减排、传动效率高、噪音污染少的优势,因此被广泛应用于物流车上。文章基于纯电动物流车的组成结构对其动力系统进行参数匹配。该方法以最高车速、最大爬坡度、加速时间作为设计目标,对电机、变速器、电池进行参数设计。将所得参数与工程余量相结合,引入了安全系数,为纯电动物流车的动力系统参数匹配提供了一种有效的方法。
Pure electric vehicles have the advantages of energy saving,high transmission efficiency and low noise pollution, so they are widely used in logistics vehicles.This paper is based on the composition of pure electric logistics vehicles to match the parameters of their power system.The method is designed with the highest speed,maximum ramp and acceleration time as parameters.Combining the obtained parameters with the engineering margin,the safety factor is introduced,which provides an effective method for matching the power system parameters of pure electric logistics vehicles.
