摘要
目前电池包开发前期可靠性验证主要包括仿真与台架试验,其中关键在于如何定义合理的振动载荷输入,既要保证电池包的失效模式一致,还得尽可能缩短试验周期。基于室内台架试验采集某电池包与车身连接处加速度信号,经过计算获得全寿命期疲劳损伤谱,运用损伤等效原理反算得到目标试验周期的振动耐久试验载荷从而实现快速验证的目的。
At present,the reliability verification of the battery pack development mainly includes simulation and bench test. The key is how to define a reasonable vibration load input.It is necessary to ensure that the failure mode of the battery pack is consistent and the test cycle is shortened as much as possible.The acceleration signal of a battery pack and the body joint is collected based on the indoor bench test.The fatigue damage spectrum of the whole life is calculated and the vibration endurance test load of the target test period is obtained by back-calculation using the damage equivalent principle to achieve the purpose of rapid verification.
