摘要 以某牵引车后桥桥壳为研究对象,对其进行了动态特性分析,结果表明:后桥桥壳的所有固有频率均在318.22Hz以上,远大于路面激励频率,故路面不平不会引起后桥桥壳共振;对比有限元分析、理论计算和道路试验结果可知,该后桥主、从齿啮合自激会引起桥壳共振,进而会在共振频率范围产生异常结构噪声。 Taking the rear-axle housing of tractor vehicle as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the rear-axle housing are analyzed.The results show that all the natural frequencies of the rear-axle housing are above 318.22Hz,much higher than the excitation frequency of the road surface,so the uneven road surface will not cause resonance of the rear-axle housing.By comparing the results of finite element analysis,theoretical calculation and road test,the meshing self-excitation of the rear-axle will cause the resonance of the rear-axle housing,so abnormal structural noise will be generated in the resonance frequency range.
