摘要
文章通过一系列原材料及零部件性能试验验证,开发出适用于门内饰板的薄壁低密度PP材料,并成功在量产车型的实现应用,减重可达15.6%;另外,薄壁低密度材料的成功开发应用,为我们实现非金属零部件轻量化提供重要参考。
A lightweight scheme of door panels,namely thin-walled low density scheme,which achieved 15.6% weight reduction without cost increase,was developed in this paper.And it was applied in production cars successfully through a series of performance test of materials and components.In addition,it also provide an important reference for us to realize the non-metallic parts lightweight by the development and application of the thin-walled low density PP material.
