校企合作汽车维修生产性实训基地建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the construction of Productive Training base for Vehicle Maintenance and Repair in Cooperation with College and Enterprise

在新时代背景下,笔者以高等职业院校教育教学工作诊断与改进项目为契机;采取深入企业、学校及社会的深度调研法,研究校企合作汽车维修生产性实训基地的建设思路、建设理念、建设方案、运行管理合作机制、以及教学生产模式构建等关键核心程序内容。该研究项目可以解决汽车维修课程理论实践实训教学与典型生产维修企业真实工作情景的高度融合问题;从而为今后深入校企共建汽车维修生产性实训基地的实践教学提供有效的理论和实践依据;为汽车维修生产性实训基地的建设与实践提供可复制的先进方案。

In the background of the new era,the author takes the project of diagnosis and improvement of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges as an opportunity;Adopt the method of in-depth investigation into enterprises,colleges and society.Research on the construction thinking,concept,construction plan,operation and management cooperation mechanism,teaching and production mode construction and other key core program contents of university-enterprise cooperative automobile maintenance and production training base;This research project can solve the problem of high integration between the theoretical and practical teaching of automobile maintenance courses and the real working situation of typical production and maintenance enterprises.This will provide an effective theoretical and practical basis for the future practice teaching of the university-enterprise jointly built productive training base for automobile maintenance;It provides a reproducible advanced scheme for the construction and practice of automobile maintenance and production training base.
