This paper discusses the generation of statistical process control (SPC) and history,this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of SPC.In jianghuai heavy card turn,process assembly building as an example,analyzes the SPC application steps,parsing the SPC is in the process of implementing the selection of samples,the control chart type selection, control limit calculations,the determination of calculation,abnormal of process capability of elements,this paper expounds the importance of process control.
