摘要
球压试验能够判断出非金属材料、热塑性材料是否具备足够的机械强度和耐热性能,也是国内外实验室能力验证和实验室比对项目中比较常见的项目之一。熟练掌握球压试验的操作步骤和核心技巧也是电气安全领域的检测工程师所必须具备的能力。本文根据球压试验方法的国家标准、国际电工委员会(IEC)标准和检测实验室委员会(CTL)决议的要求,分析归纳了影响球压试验结果的关键因素,为相关实验室进行球压试验提供了参考。
The ball pressure test can judge whether the non-metallic materials and thermoplastic materials have enough mechanical strength and heat resistance.And it is also one of the more common items in laboratory proficiency testing and interlaboratory comparison projects in domestic and abroad. Proficiency in the operation steps and core skills of ball pressure test is also a necessary ability for testing engineers in the field of electrical safety. According to the national standard of the ball pressure test method, combined with IEC standard and CTL decision, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the test results of the ball pressure test, provide reference for related laboratories.
