摘要
为了比较生活饮用水检验中多管发酵法、滤膜法对微生物的检验效果,本文研究分析了2018年1—12月不同时间和地点的500份饮用水水样,其中250份应用多管发酵法检测(A组),250份水样采用滤膜法检测(B组),回顾并分析了两种方法检测结果。结果显示,A组检验合格率明显高于B组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。由此得出,在生活饮水检验中,多管发酵法比滤膜法的水质检测合格率更高。
In order to compare the effects of multi-tube fermentation and membrane filtration on the detection of microorganisms in drinking water testing, in this paper, 500 samples of drinking water from January to December 2018 were studied and analyzed. The study subjects are 500 drinking water samples at different locations and different locations, of which 250 are tested by multi-tube fermentation(Group A) and 250 samples are detected by membrane method(Group B), the results of the two methods are reviewed and analyzed. The results show that the test pass rate of group A is significantly higher than that of group B, P<0.05, and the difference is statistically significant. It is concluded that in the test of drinking water, the multi-tube fermentation method has higher water quality test rate than the filter method.
