基于地基承载力的爆炸挤密桩平面间距优化研究

摘要 为了探究如何设置合理的爆炸挤密桩平面间距,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立了爆炸挤密土体模型,研究了在等边三角形布局形式下不同桩间距的爆炸挤密规律。根据加固区域土体特性,利用ABAQUS建立复合地基承载力计算模型,计算出不同桩间距的复合地基承载力特征值,得出桩间距与复合地基承载力特征值呈三次曲线关系。根据路面的自重应力和车辆荷载引起的附加应力,求出了作用在路基表面的垂直总应力。结合该总应力与实际需求,对爆炸挤密桩平面间距进行了优化设计,以期为工程实践提供参考。 In order to explore how to set the rational plane spacing for explosive compaction piles,a model for the explosive compaction soil body is established in the present paper with the help of the software of the ANSYS/LS-DYNA,with the explosive compaction laws of different pile spacing in the form of the equilateral triangle layout studied.According to the soil characteristics of the consolidated district,a calculation model for the bearing capacity of the composite foundation is established with the help of the ABAQUS,with the eigenvalues of the bearing capacity of the composite foundation with different pile spacing calculated,upon the basis of which it is found that the pile spacing and the eigenvalues of the bearing capacity of the composite foundation show a cubic-curve relationship.Furthermore,according to the self-weight stress of the road surface and the additional stress caused by the vehicle load,the total vertical stress acting on the surface of the roadbed is thus obtained.Upon the basis of considering the total stress and the actual needs,the plane spacing of the explosive compaction piles is optimized to provide a useful reference for engineering practice.
