摘要
以二水合乙酸镉和硫代乙酰胺为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了半导体光催化剂CdS,对制备条件进行了探讨,并且对样品进行了XRD、SEM、UV-DRS等表征。通过在紫外-可见光下对甲基橙溶液的催化降解,比较了不同制备条件下所得CdS的光催化活性。实验结果表明,当二水合乙酸镉与硫代乙酰胺的摩尔比为1∶3,反应时间为12h,反应温度为180℃时,制备的CdS光催化活性较好;50mgCdS对50mL、20mg·L^-1的甲基橙溶液光催化降解为80min,降解率达到96.3%。
Employing cadmium acetate dihydrate and thioacetamide as raw materials and anhydrous ethanol as a solvent,CdS semiconductor photocatalysts are prepared by a solvothermal process.The preparation conditions are discussed and the as-prepared catalysts are characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-DRS and other methods.Photocatalytic activities of CdS catalysts synthesized under different conditions are evaluated from the photodegradation of methyl orange (MO) under UV-visible light irradiation.Experimental results indicate that CdS photocatalyst exhibites better photocatalytic activity if it is prepared when the molar ratio of cadmium acetate dihydrate to thioacetamide is 1 ∶ 3 ,the reaction time is 12 h,and the reaction temperature is 180 ℃.The degradation rate has reached 96.3% after photocatalytic degradation of 50 mL,20 mg·L^-1 of methyl orange dye for 80 minutes if the amount of CdS is 50 mg.
