高校档案工作育人之途径

Ways of Educating People in Archives Work in Universities

档案要体现其价值,除了档案本身的凭证、参考、文化等价值外,对于高校而言,档案工作的全过程也要体现出育人的价值,在推进落实习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上讲话提出的“三全育人”的理念,作为高校教学辅助部门的档案馆同样肩负着育人的责任。档案馆“辅线育人”工程,是在实践中形成和发展起来的,如何在档案工作中做好育人工作,文章提出了具体的实施途径。

With the development of education,archives work in colleges and universities can not just stay at the level of traditional collection,custody and utilization.The whole process of archival work should also reflect the value of educating people.In promoting the implementation of the concept of"three complete education"put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in his speech at the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities,as teaching auxiliary departments in colleges and universities,the archives also shoulder the responsibility of educating people.The"auxiliary line education"project of archives is formed and developed in practice,and the concrete implementation approach on how to do a good job of educating people in archival work is given in this paper.
