The Design of the School Bus Overload System Based on the Single Chip Microcomputer

摘要 近年来车辆超载现象屡禁不止,由此引发的交通事故也频频发生.为了从根本上预防校车超载,本文以STM32芯片为核心,利用超声波传感器采集上下车辆的人数,并通过单片机计算控制,设计了一种如果车辆超载则强行禁止车辆启动的系统.该装置操作简便,适用性广,能有效预防车辆超载的发生. In recent years, vehicle overload has been repeatedly banned, and the resulting traffic accidents have occurred frequently. In order to fundamentally prevent overload, this paper designs a system that forcibly prevents the vehicle from starting if the vehicle is overloaded by taking the STM32 chip as the core, collecting the number of people getting on and off the vehicle by means of the ultrasonic sensor, and via the calculation and control of the single-chip computer. The device, which is easy to understand and operate, has wide applicability, and can effectively prevent vehicle overload.
