基于CFD单流阀结构优化设计

摘要 采用SolidWorks建立DF65-105型单流阀流道模型,并基于CFD软件仿真分析在不同开度下流体介质对单流阀的冲蚀影响,继而对DF65-105型单流阀的流道结构进行优化。研究结果表明:当单流阀的开度在10%~80%范围内时,随开度的增加,单流阀压降逐渐降低,但开度为60%~80%时泥浆流体对单流阀壳体的冲蚀作用将大于开度为10%~50%的情况;此外,当单流阀的开度为60%时,倾角为55°的结构更有利于减轻泥浆对单流阀壳体的冲蚀作用。 SolidWorks was used to establish the flow channel model of DF65-105 single-flow valve,and CFD simulation software was used to analyze the erosion problem caused by the fluid medium under different opening degrees of single-flow valve,.then the flow channel structure of DF65-105 single-flow valve was optimized.The results show that the pressure drop decreases gradually with the increase of the opening degree of the single-flow valve in the range of 10%-80% openness,but when the opening degree is 60%-80%,the erosion effect of mud fluid on the single-flow valve shell will be greater than the opening degree of 10%-50%.In addition,when the opening degree is 60%,the structure of 55 ° inclination Angle is conducive to reducing the erosion effect of mud on the single-flow valve shell.
