摘要
设计了一款以UPD70F3614为核心CPU的汽车方向柱锁(ESCL)控制系统。系统包含分布式电源设计、双CPU控制,CAN外部通信,主副CPU内部通信,H桥电机驱动模块及相关软启动控制。介绍了ESCL各模块基本原理与实现方法,并对系统的基本测试方法进行了介绍,本系统的设计完成了初样并得到了较好的验证。
A vehicle direction column lock (ESCL) control system with UPD70F3614 as the core CPU was designed.The system includes distributed power supply design,dual CPU control,CAN external communication,internal and secondary CPU internal communication,H-bridge motor drive module and related soft start control.The basic principles and implementation methods of ESCL modules were introduced,and the basic test methods of the system were proposed.The initial sample of this system had been completed and had a good verification.
