热能发生器制造材料的优选

Optimization of Materials for the Manufacture of Thermal Energy Generators

摘要 为确定热能发生器的制造材料,采用实验和多物理场耦合的方法对热能发生器4种待选制造材料进行了综合分析。用汽蚀实验测定了4种材料的汽蚀速率,预估了热能发生器的制造成本。然后采用热流固耦合分析的方法,研究了4种材质的安全裕度。通过两种方法的结合,优选出安全、经济的制造材料为:0Cr13不锈钢。 In order to determine the manufacturing materials of the thermal energy generator,the experiments and multi-physics coupling methods were used to comprehensively analyze the four materials to be selected for the thermal energy generator.The cavitation rate of the four materials was measured by a cavitation experiment,and the manufacturing cost of the thermal energy generator was estimated.Then the safety margin of the four materials was studied by the method of thermal fluid-solid coupling analysis.Through the combination of the two methods,security and economic production material-0cr13 stainless steel was determined.
