成德绵军民融合一体化之绵阳路径研究

Development Path of Mianyang based on the Civil-Military Integration of the CDM Area

实施"一干多支"发展战略,构建区域协同共兴、整体跨越提升新格局的新要求,使军民融合一体化发展成为顺应多点多极战略的优势统合。成德绵在产业特长、区位特征和资源禀赋等方面都有自己的优势,统筹规划,优化成德绵军民融合区域分工和产业分布,从绵阳自身的优势特色出发,进一步拓展绵阳在成德绵经济发展中的空间,提出绵阳在成德绵军民融合一体化发展中发挥作用的路径,可加速推进成德绵地区一体化增长,集聚经济达到更高程度,加快全创区的建设速度。

Implementing"One to many" development strategy,building new regional cooperation and upgrading new pattern can make the Civil-Miliary Integration development conform to the multi point and multi polar development strategy.Chengdu,Deyang and Mianyang has its own advantages in terms of industry specialty,location characteristics and resource endowments.In this paper,starting from Mianyang's own superior characteristics,the development space of Mianyang in the economic development of CDM area was expanded further,and the path that Mianyang plays a role in the development of military and civilian integration in the CDM area was proposed.All these work can accelerate the growth of the regional integration development and achieve a higher degree of agglomeration economy.Finally we can accelerate the construction speed of a whole region.
