安徽省水资源消费的恩格尔效应

Engel Effect of Water Resource Consumption in Anhui Province

随着社会经济的发展,安徽省水资源短缺问题日趋显现,水资源消费内部结构也日渐变化。通过恩格尔定律及其统计方法,分析了安徽省水资源消费结构的时空变化规律。研究发现:安徽省水资源消费结构存在明显的恩格尔效应:时间上,2001-2016年全省水资源消费恩格尔系数总体呈下降趋势,且始终低于全国同期水平;空间上,各地级市水资源消费恩格尔系数存在较大差异;该系数与人均GDP和农业用水量关系密切,人均GDP较高的地市水资源消费恩格尔系数较低。可以利用水资源消费的恩格尔效应,调整水资源利用结构,提高用水效率。

With the development of the social economy,the shortage of water resources in Anhui Province is becoming more serious,the internal structure of water consumption is also gradually changing.Through the Engel's law and its statistical methods,the temporal and spatial changes of water resources consumption structure in Anhui Province were analyzed.The study found that there are obvious Engel effects in the water consumption structure in Anhui Province.In terms of time,the Engel coefficient of water consumption in the province shows a downward trend from 2001 to 2016,and it is always lower than the national level.In terms of space,there is a great difference in the Engel coefficient of water consumption in different cities.Engel's coefficient is closely related to per capital GDP and agricultural water consumption.The city with higher per capital GDP,the Engel coefficient of water consumption is lower.The Engel effect of water consumption can be used to adjust the water consumption structure and improve its efficiency.
