群体压力对高校思政教师使用微信辅助教学的调节效应研究

摘要 为了考察群体压力对高等学校思政教师使用微信辅助教学的调节效应,促进其革新教学方法,改善教学效果。基于技术接受模型,采用自编问卷,以150名高校思政教师为研究对象,进行调节效应检验。研究结果表明,群体压力与感知有用性均能显著预测使用意向,其中群体压力在感知有用性与使用意向之间存在着调节效应。研究发现提高微信在教育教学中的有用性以及便捷性,同时构建宽松、支持性的工作氛围能够更好的促使高校思政教师对新媒体工具的使用。 In order to investigate the moderating effect of group pressure on the use of Wechat-assisted teaching by University ideological and political teachers,promote the innovation of teaching methods and improve teaching effect,based on the technology acceptance model,a self-designed questionnaire was used to examine the moderating effect of 150 College teachers.The results showed that both group stress and perceived usefulness can significantly predict the use intention,and group stress has a moderating effect between perceived usefulness and use intention.The study found that improving the usefulness and convenience of Wechat in education and teaching,and building a relaxed and supportive working atmosphere can better promote the use of new media tools by University ideological and political teachers.
