政府扶持政策的有效性——基于中国新能源汽车企业的财务绩效分析

Effectiveness of Government Support Policy:Analysis of Financial Performance Based on China’s New Energy Automobile Enterprises

为推动新能源汽车产业的发展,中国政府制定了一系列扶持政策。通过构建博弈模型进行理论分析并提出假设,根据假设分别对政府补助强度,所得税率两种扶持政策各自对企业财务绩效的影响与二者对企业财务绩效的综合影响进行实证分析。根据实证分析结果,新能源汽车企业当前对政府的直接补贴存在过度依赖,直接补贴政策只能影响到企业的短期财务绩效。当前税收优惠政策的影响处于临界点。在两个政策同时实行的情况下,税收优惠的效果远小于直接补贴,税收优惠对直接补贴的效果有放大的作用。

To promote the development of the new energy automobile industry,the Chinese government has formulated a series of support policies.Through the construction of the game model for theoretical analysis and hypothesis,according to the hypothesis,the impact of the two kinds of support policies of government subsidy intensity and income tax rate on the financial performance of the enterprise and the comprehensive impact of the two on the financial performance of the enterprise are empirically analyzed.According to the empirical analysis,new energy auto companies are currently over-reliant on direct government subsidies,and direct subsidy policies can only affect the short-term financial performance of enterprises.The impact of current tax incentives is at a critical point.In the case of the simultaneous implementation of the two policies,the effect of tax incentives is far less than direct subsidies,and tax incentives have an effect on the effect of direct subsidies.
