摘要 随着中国畜牧业的快速发展,在满足人民日益增长的畜产品需求的同时,也面临着畜产品安全事件时有发生、动物福利差、环境污染严重、生物安全体系薄弱、法律与政策意识淡薄等一系列极为突出的问题。基于此,在高等院校畜牧兽医专业开设专业任选课《畜禽健康养殖与安全生产》非常必要。针对课程的体系构建,文章从课程的功能、内容、实施、评价与管理方面着手,初步构建了课程体系。该课程主要以畜牧业相关法规、营养生态与饲料、高效节约型畜牧场的设计、改善畜禽养殖环境和保护环境、重视疾病防控、建立相应的共享数据平台和决策体系等内容为基础,以期培养具有“畜禽健康养殖与安全生产”理念与技术的新型畜牧业人才,促进畜禽养殖业的健康、安全、绿色循环发展。 The rapid development of China’s animal husbandry has met people’s increasing demand for livestock products and simultaneously led to a series of prominent problems such as animal product safety incidents,poor animal welfare,serious environmental pollution problems,weak bio-safety systems,and weak legal and policy awareness.Based on this scenario,it is particularly important to open up the course"Healthy Breeding and Safe Production of Domestic Animal".In light of the course construction system,the paper discussed the preliminary establishment of course system from the course function,content,implementation,evaluation and management.The course would include animal husbandry related regulations,nutrient ecology and feed,rational and efficient design of animal husbandry,improved animal breeding environment and environment protection,disease prevention and control,shared data platform and decision-making system.This course would cultivate new animal husbandry talents with the concept and technology of"healthy breeding and safe production of domestic animal".
