摘要
铝合金模板广泛应用于建筑工程领域,随着市场竞争日趋激烈,施工单位必须寻求更高效的管理模式和技术手段来提高自身的竞争力,铝合金模板体系的发展满足了施工单位提高自身管理水平的需求。基于铝合金模板的特点,总结了其在高层建筑施工质量、进度、安全环保方面的优势,并分析了存在的不足,提出了通过控制砌筑质量、构件预埋、一体化深化设计等方面的技术与管理措施,可以取得更好的施工效果,并与木模板进行了成本对比分析,为施工实践提供了参考。
Aluminum alloy formwork is widely used in the field of construction engineering. With the increasingly fierce market competition, construction units must seek more efficient management mode and technical means to improve their competitiveness. The development of aluminum alloy formwork system meets the needs of construction units to improve their own management level. Based on the characteristics of aluminium alloy formwork, this paper summarizes its advantages in construction quality, progress, safety and environmental protection of high-rise buildings, and analyses its shortcomings. It also puts forward technical and management measures in controlling masonry quality, component pre-embedding and integrated design, which can achieve better construction effect, and makes cost comparison and analysis with wood formwork for construction. Practice provides a reference.
