切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨切开复位内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效.方法 92例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各46例.观察组患者采用切开复位内固定术治疗,对照组患者采用手法复整后石膏外固定治疗.比较两组患者骨折愈合时间、负重时间、临床治疗效果,以及治疗前后踝关节功能评分.结果两组患者骨折愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者负重时间(83.42±12.46)d明显早于对照组的(91.31±17.54)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者踝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组踝关节功能评分(95.54±7.53)分明显高于对照组的(81.43±6.06)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者临床治疗总有效率95.65%(44/46)明显高于对照组的80.43%(37/46),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对踝关节骨折患者采取切开复位内固定术治疗,疗效确切,可有效促进踝关节功能的恢复.
