穴位贴敷疗法配合中药封包防治胸腰椎骨折患者早期便秘的临床研究

Clinical study of acupoint application therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation for prevention and treatment of early constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture

目的探讨穴位贴敷疗法配合中药封包防治胸腰椎骨折患者早期便秘的临床效果.方法 120例胸腰椎骨折患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例.对照组患者在常规护理基础上采用麻仁软胶囊治疗,治疗组患者采用穴位贴敷疗法配合中药封包治疗.比较两组患者术后首次排便时间、排便间隔时间、Wexner便秘评分及护理满意度.结果治疗组患者首次排便时间(2.24±0.57)d、排便间隔时间(1.34±0.58)d均短于对照组的(4.35±1.02)、(2.67±0.86)d,Wexner便秘评分(8.34±2.52)分低于对照组的(13.75±2.68)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组患者护理满意度为95.00%(57/60),显著高于对照组的76.67%(46/60),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论穴位贴敷疗法配合中药封包在胸腰椎骨折患者早期便秘的防治方面有着广泛的应用前景,可有效改善首次排便时间、排便间隔时间,提高患者满意度.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in the prevention and treatment of early constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Maren Soft Capsule on the basis of routine nursing, while the patients in the treatment group were treated with acupoint application therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation. The first defecation time, defecation interval time, Wexner constipation score after operation and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The first defecation time and defecation interval of the patients in the treatment group were (2.24±0.57) and (1.34±0.58) d, which were shorter than those in the control group as (4.35± 1.02) and (2.67±0.86) d respectively. The Wexner constipation score was (8.34±2.52) points in the treatment group, which was lower than that in the control group as (13.75±2.68). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was 95.00%(57/60), which was significantly higher than 76.67%(46/60) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation has broad application prospects in the prevention and treatment of early constipation in patients with thoracolumbar fracture. It can effectively improve the first defecation time, defecation interval time and satisfaction of patients.
