摘要
为了探讨职校生职业探索的特点及其与自我同一性、心理韧性关系,以《自我同一性问卷量表》《中国版心理韧性量表》及《职业探索问卷》为研究工具,对1 560名职校生实施了问卷调查。研究结果表明:(1)职校生职业探索处于中等水平。(2)性别、年级、是否有工作经历对职业探索总分及环境探索因子得分有显著影响;父亲职业、家庭经济状况对职业探索总分及环境探索、自我探索两个因子得分有显著影响。(3)职校生的自我同一性与职业探索之间存在显著的正相关关系,且自我同一性能够正向预测职业探索。(4)职校生的心理韧性与职业探索之间存在显著的正相关关系,且心理韧性能够正向预测职业探索。
To find out the characteristics of career exploration and its correlation with the ego identity and psychological resilience of vocational school students,“Ego Identity questionnaire scale”,“Chinese Version of Psychological Resilience Survey”and“Career Exploration Survey”have been utilized to conduct surveys upon 1,560 vocational school students.The research findings have indicated that:(1)The career exploration of vocational students is at medium level;(2)The differences in gender,which year in school and whether or not to have had working experience all play significant impact on the scoring of total grade of career exploration and environment exploration;the occupation of the father of the students and family income exerts significant impact on the total grade of career exploration,the environment exploration and self-exploration.(3)Ego identity and career exploration are positively correlated.Ego identity can positively predict career exploration(4)Psychological resilience and career exploration are positively correlated.Psychological resilience can positively predict career exploration.
