摘要
以大米淀粉为原料,以十二烯基琥珀酸酐为酯化剂,采用湿法制备十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯(SSDS).研究淀粉乳浓度、反应温度、时间、体系pH值及DDSA添加量对十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯取代度的影响,在此基础上进行正交试验优化制备工艺.结果表明:淀粉乳浓度35%、反应温度40℃、pH值9.0、反应时间6 h及DDSA用量7.5%的条件下,十二烯基琥珀酸淀粉酯取代度最高、达0.029700.
Starch sodium dodecenyl succinate(SSDS) was prepared by wet process with rice starch as rough material and dodecenyl succinic anhydride(DDSA) as esterification agent. Effects of starch concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, system pH value and adding amount of DDSA on degree of substitution(DS) were discussed respectively. On the basis of this, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the preparation process. Results showed that under the conditions of SSDS preparation were starch concentration 35%, reaction temperature 40 ℃, pH value 9.0, reaction time 6 h and adding amount of DDSA 7.5%, the degree of substitution of starch sodium dodecenyl succinate was the highest, which could reach 0.029 700.
