As an intelligent service system, the ubiquitous IOTIPS is the advanced performance of active distribution network. On the basis of expounding the basic meaning and structure of ubiquitous IOTIPS, and according to the strategic arrangement and guidance of state grid corporation of China, this paper analyzes the development trend of IOTIPS and puts forward constructive suggestions.
