The way of adjudication will be changed through implementing the judicial responsibility systen,increasing investigators’sense of responsibility,and highlighting the trial as the center.The law of judgement should be obeyed,and each performs its own function.The judge takes charge of the judgement,and makes the judicial responsibility systen fully implemented,which will have a vital influence on improving the new reform of judicial system.The judicial responsibility systen should clarify the limits between specific judicial power and executive power,respective subjects,the scope of responsibility,and safeguard measures,so as to guarantee judicial justice and fairness.Fairness and judicial credibility will be increased.
