摘要
海上浮动核电站人员疏散船对核电站的运行、维护和危急情况的处理具有重要意义.本文运用船舶总体设计的理论方法,对人员疏散船进行船舶主尺度、主机选型、航速、浮力、舱容、稳性、干舷和横摇周期等关键参数的设计计算,确定可行的主尺度方案.本文为促进海上浮动核电站的发展以及浮动核电站辅助船舶的设计提供参考.
The personnel evacuation ship of offshore floating nuclear plant is of great importance to the operation , maintenance and crisis management of nuclear plant. According to the theoretical method of the overall design of the ship, the design and calculation of the key parameters such as the principal dimensions of ship , main engine selection, speed, buoyancy, capacity, stability, freeboard and roll cycle of the evacuation ship were carried out to determine the feasible principal dimensions scheme. This paper provides a reference for promoting the development of offshore floating nuclear plants and the design of the auxiliary ships for floating nuclear plants.
