基于T型结构的可重构功分器研究

摘要 针对结构复杂、体积较大和功能单一的传统功分器的不足,本文研究了一种基于T型结构的可重构功分器.该功分器采用T型可调结构代替传统3dB Wilkinson的λ/4分支传输线,利用变容二极管改变传输线特征阻抗和相移的方法来实现功分器的中心频率可调,中心频率可在1.8~2.8GHz范围内连续变化,该可重构功分器具有工作频率连续、大范围可调功能,以及尺寸小,电路简单的优点. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional power divider with complex structure, large volume and single function, a reconfigurable power divider based on T frame is studied. The power divider adopts a T adjustable structure to replace the traditional 3 dB Wilkinson 4 - branch transmission line, and uses varactor diodes to change the characteristic impedance and phase shift of the transmission line to realize the adjustment of the center frequency of the power divider . The center frequency continuously changes in the range of 1.9 - 2.8 GHz. The reconfigurable power divider has the advantages of continuous working frequency, large - range adjustable function, and can reduce size and cost.
