In the storage of cigarette machine, the filter bars occasionally disorder. Filter cutting drum can not transfer filter rods normally, result to the equipment stop. This paper seeks for an effective method to detect the disordered bars, to remind the operator to deal with it in time, to avoid the stop of the equipment accidentally, and to ensure the equipment operating efficiency.
