民用飞机航材租赁服务规范研究

在航空公司运营成本中,除燃油成本之外,航材成本已经位列第二位,是航空公司资金占用的重要组成部分。由于周转件的管理和维修存在占用资金多、周转时间长、库存积压成上升的趋势,越来越多的航空公司选择周转件航材租赁服务。因此研究民用飞机航材租赁服务规范,有利于为航空公司提供规范的支持和服务,减少航空公司资金压力,提高航材保障率。本文首先分析国内外航材租赁规范发展现状,随后重点对航材租赁服务流程进行了分析与研究。

Except for fuel costs, the costs of spare parts are the second largest proportion in the total operating cost of airlines. Due to the tendency of the management and maintenance of the rotables to occupy more funds, long turnround time and more overstocked spare parts, more and more airlines choose rotables leasing service. Therefore,studying the specifications of civil aircraft rotables leasing service is conducive to providing standardized support and services for airlines, reducing the financial pressure of airlines and improving the service level of spare parts.Firstly, the paper analyzes the development and specification of spare parts leasing service both in domestic and foreign market. And then analyzes and studies the process of spare parts leasing service.
