以核心胜任力为导向的托幼机构校医培训实践

摘要 目的探讨托幼机构校医(保健教师)培训实践的方案,进一步提高培训效果。方法根据托幼机构校医核心能力的要求和培训学员的能力现状,结合文献研究法、访谈研究法、问卷调查法等研究方法,设计培训方案和考核方法。采用统计学方法和实证分析法,评估培训方案实施前后培训学员在相关专业知识理论、专业实践技能、卫生保健知识、健康教育咨询、科研能力等核心胜任力方面的变化。结果所有参加培训的学员各项考核均合格;通过培训,学员的专业理论知识、专业实践技能、科研实践创新能力以及学员核心能力均较之前获得明显提高(P <0.05)。结论以核心能力培养为导向的托幼机构校医培训方案具有因需施教与因材施教相结合的特点,是一种高效的培训形式。同时,核心能力的全面提升是一个连续的过程,需要在实际工作中不断实践。 Objective To explore the training practice of school doctors(health teachers) in nursery institutions and to further improve the training effect. Methods According to the requirements of the core competence of school doctors in nurseries institutions and the present situation of training students undefined abilities, combined with the methods of literature research, interview research, questionnaire survey and so on, the training scheme and assessment method were designed. Statistical methods and empirical analysis were used to evaluate the changes of core competencies such as professional theory and related professional knowledge, professional skills, practice, health care, education and consultation, scientific research and so on before and after the implementation of the training program. Results All the students who participated in the training passed the examination, and through the training, the students’ professional theoretical knowledge, professional practical skills, scientific research practice innovation ability and the core competence of trainees were significantly improved(P < 0.05). Conclusion The training program of school doctors in nursery institutions guided by the training of core competence has the characteristics of combining teaching according to needs and teaching students according to their aptitude, and it is an efficient form of training. At the same time, the overall improvement of core competence is a continuous process, which needs to be practiced in practice.
