摘要
医学高等院校教学模式的改革是现代医学发展的迫切需求,教学改革旨在培养医学生学习的主观能动性,激发学生自主学习的兴趣,从而夯实理论基础、锻炼临床实践能力、建立科研思维能力,为培养合格的医学生打下坚实的基础。床边教学+任务驱动教学可以大大提高学生学习的积极主动性,很好的锻炼学生的临床思维能力、沟通能力及团队协作能力等,提高学生见习学习的兴趣。文章以齐齐哈尔医学院2014 级临床班学生为研究对象,在皮肤性病学见习教学中积极开展床边教学+任务驱动教学模式的尝试,取得很好的成绩,学生反馈良好,见习教学效果得到了显著提高。
Medical colleges and universities teaching mode reform is the urgent demand of modern medical development, the teaching reform aims to cultivate medical students' learning subjective initiative, stimulate students' learning interest, thus laying solid foundation theory, the exercise of clinical practice ability, establishing the scientific thinking ability, to lay a solid foundation for training qualified medical students. Bedside teaching program + task-driven teaching can greatly improve students' initiative in learning, exercise their clinical thinking ability, communication ability and teamwork ability, and improve students' interest in internship learning. In this semester, the author took the 2014 clinical class students of Qiqihar Medical University as the research object, and actively tried to carry out bedside teaching + task-driven teaching mode in the probation teaching of dermatovenereology, and achieved good results with good feedback from students, and the probation teaching effect was significantly improved.
