PR-DST教学模式在骨肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨骨肿瘤科PR-DST 教学模式的运用及对规培医师教学效果的影响。方法选取参加本院2016 级和2017 级规范化培训的50名学员,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25 名学员。实验组采取PR-DST 教学方法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学。通过闭卷考试和问卷调查的方式评价教学效果,并对两组教学效果进行对比。结果闭卷考试评估中,实验组学员平均成绩为(85.00±10.95)分,对照组学员平均成绩为(73.92±10.69)分,实验组得分高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。通过问卷调查,实验组学员在专业兴趣、学习效率、病例分析能力、临床思维逻辑、实际问题解决能力、合作能力、沟通能力、综合素质8 个方面均优于对照组学员。结论新型PR-DST 教学模式在骨肿瘤科的住院医师规范化培训教学应用中,其教学效果显著优于传统的教学方法。 Objective To explore the application of PR-DST teaching mode in bone oncology and its influence on the teaching effect of physicians. Methods 50 participants who participated in the standardized training of 2016 and 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 students in each group. The experimental group adopted the PR-DST teaching method for teaching, and the control group used the traditional teaching method for teaching. The teaching effect was evaluated by means of closed-book examinations and questionnaires, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the closedbook examination, the average score of the experimental group was (85.00±10.95) points, and the average score of the control group was (73.92±10.69) points. The score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Through questionnaire survey, the experimental group students were superior to the control group in terms of professional interest, learning efficiency, case analysis ability, clinical thinking logic, practical problem solving ability, cooperation ability, communication ability and comprehensive quality. Conclusion The new PR-DST teaching mode is significantly better than the traditional teaching methods in the standardized training application of resident physicians in the Department of Bone Oncology.
