妇产科教学在医学生性健康教育中的作用及展望

The Role and Prospect of Obstetrics and Gynecology Teaching in Medical Education of Sexual Health

性健康教育是医学教学中一项重要的组成部分,一直是社会关注的热点话题,但是在目前的医学教学中仍未得到足够的重视。妇产科学所涉及女性生殖系统、妊娠生理、妇科疾病、计划生育等内容与性健康教育紧密相关,性健康教育和妇产科教学的有机结合不但可以提高学习效率,节约教育资源,而且有机会客观评价学生的学习情况,因此在临床实际中,在妇产科教学中开展性健康教育尤为必要。文章针对目前医学院校性健康教育薄弱甚至缺失的现状及存在的主要问题,强调性健康教育在妇产科教学中的重要性,并对妇产科学教学中融合性健康教育的教学方法进行了探索,对今后教学模式的创新改进作出思考与展望。

Sexual health education is a crucial part of medical teaching and has always been a hot topic of social concern, but it has not received enough attention in current medical teaching. The female reproductive system, pregnancy physiology, gynecological diseases, family planning and other aspects of Obstetrics & Gynecology are closely related to sexual health education. An integrated scheme of Obstetrics &Gynecology course and sexual health education could improve study efficiency, save teaching resource, and provide opportunity to objectively evaluate student’s knowledge. So it is especially necessary to carry out sexual health education in Obstetrics & Gynecology course in clinical practice. Here we focus on the current situation of the weak or even lack of sexual health education in medical colleges, emphasize the importance of sexual health education in Obstetrics & Gynecology teaching, carry out the teaching methods of integrated scheme of Obstetrics & Gynecology course and sexual health education, put forward the outlook and the thinking of innovation and improvement of the future teaching model.
