恶性浆膜腔积液细胞块技术的应用分析

摘要 目的研究恶性浆膜腔积液分子病理诊断中细胞块技术的应用效果。方法本次选取的研究对象为2017 年9 月—2018 年8 月期间本院接收的恶性浆膜腔积液患者70 例,将经分层离心所得肿瘤细胞制成石蜡细胞块,并对其进行检测,对检测结果进行分析探讨。结果免疫组化染色结果显示细胞块切片颗粒清晰且定位准确;FISH 检测阳性率为32.86%;基因测序结果显示EGFR 突变率为12.86%。结论对恶性浆膜腔积液采用细胞块技术进行检测有助于临床诊断肿瘤疾病类型,便于临床制定针对性的肿瘤分子靶向治疗方案,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To study the effect of cell block technique in molecular pathological diagnosis of malignant serous effusion. Methods Seventy patients with malignant serous effusion received in our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected for this study.Tumor cells obtained by stratified centrifugation were made into paraffin cell blocks,and their detection results were analyzed and discussed. Results Immunohistochemical staining showed that the granules in cell sections were clear and localized accurately.FISH positive rate was 32.86%. Gene sequencing showed that the mutation rate of EGFR was 12.86%. Conclusion Detection of malignant serous effusion by cell block technique is helpful for clinical diagnosis of the types of tumors and for the formulation of targeted therapeutic regimens for tumors.It has high clinical value.
