两种不同术式治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Two Different Surgical Methods on Secretory Otitis Media in Children

目的比较鼻内镜下同步完成腺样体切除与鼓膜置管术或鼓膜切开术治疗小儿分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法纳入2016 年1 月—2018年9 月60 例小儿腺样体肥大合并分泌性中耳炎患儿,随机分组。对照组选择鼻内镜下腺样体切除术并鼓膜切开术,治疗组选择鼻内镜下同步完成腺样体切除及鼓膜置管术。分析中耳积液消失的时间、听力改善的时间;治疗前后患儿听力水平、炎性因子;感染率。结果治疗组听力水平、炎性因子、中耳积液消失的时间、听力改善的时间、感染率和对照组比较有优势,P < 0.05。结论小儿腺样体肥大合并分泌性中耳炎患儿采取鼻内镜下同步完成腺样体切除及鼓膜置管术效果良好,其实施可获得较好的治疗效果。

Objective TTo compare the efficacy of simultaneous adenoidectomy and tympanotomy or tympanotomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children. Methods Sixty children with adenoidal hypertrophy and secretory otitis media from January 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent adenoidectomy and tympanotomy under nasal endoscope, while the treatment group underwent adenoidectomy and tympanotomy simultaneously under nasal endoscope. The time of ear effusion disappearance and hearing improvement, hearing level and inflammatory factors before and after treatment, and infection rate were analyzed. Results Hearing level, inflammatory factors, disappearance time of middle ear effusion, time of hearing improvement, infection rate and control group had advantages, P < 0.05. Conclusion Adenoidectomy and tympanic membrane catheterization under nasal endoscope in children with adenoid hypertrophy and secretory otitis media can achieve better therapeutic effect.
